According to a popular theory, brain waves such as Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma rhythms tend to be correlated with mind states. The delta waves(1-3 Hz) are regarded as the slowest brain waves that are typically produced during the deep stages of sleep. The theta waves(4-7 Hz) are offen induced by the meditative state or focusing the mind. The alpha waves(8-12 Hz) are associate with relaxed state. The beta waves(13-29 Hz) are normal waking consciousness. The Gamma waves(30-100 Hz) are the fastest of the brain waves and associated with peak concentration and the brain’s optimal frequency for cognitive functioning.
By a theory of the binaural beats, signals of two different frequencies from headphone or earphone are presented separately, one to each ear, your brain detects the phase variation between the frequencies and tries to reconcile that difference. The effect on the brain waves depends on the difference in frequencies of each tone. For example, if 400 Hz was played in one ear and 430 in the other, then the binaural beats would have a frequency of 30 Hz. The monaural beats are similar to the binaural beats. But they vary in distinct ways. The binaural beats seem to be “created” or perceived by cortical areas combining the two different frequencies. On the other hand, the monaural beats are due to direct stimulation of the basilar membrane. This makes it possible to hear the beats. Please choose either binaural beets or monaural beats. If you set up 5 Hz, your brain waves and the frequency can be tuned and then you are able to be the meditative state or focusing the mind. Or what you choose to be relaxed state is the alpha waves(8-12 Hz).

Balancing your mind in the rush
Getting a balanced mindset in one's daily routine, it can be a struggle. There’s a multitude of stimuli pouring in, pleading to get your attention. Sometimes it’s just the daily chores that keep fussing around or the people. Or sometimes it’s even something offensive. We all have different set ups as of how much stimulus we can take. And even more importantly, how much information our mind filters it for us. The build up is always there, and it can be exhausting, if there’s no gate to hold it down. Maybe it would be relieving just to leave your place, to take a minute of solitude and come back to it with a clear mind, but that’s not always an option. And there you are, bombarded by the stimulation, the flood of information, getting distracted, feeling overwhelmed or even worse, feeling awful about yourself. As someone with a background of doing social work with people of all age groups for many years, I have experienced many of these things. The Information age itself presents us with the problems of an overwhelming amount of distraction. The interaction isn’t always welcoming. And many times, I believe it’s about what people build up inside, what they carry with them in the first place. There can be negative images, false accusations, toxicities or emotional build ups. Usually they get reflected out in one way or another and the outcome isn’t always constructive. So you got to be careful of what to let affect you. For me, having the mindset leaning to the highly sensitive side, I have gone through the learning curve of how to deal with these all sorts of negative energies and atmospheres in various ways. So here it goes! My tips for building up protective confidence through visualisation. Use this as a fast technique while in crowds or even try giving it more time if you are alone in your own spot. Technique for protective confidence through visualisation When you feel that something negative is clogging your shoulder or something’s causing anxiety in you, even if you aren’t sure of where it is coming from, build up a stopping point in your mind. Start by imaging a small dot floating over a dark surface, like a star in the night sky. Give it a colour that you feel home in. Give it a little time, just fix your focus and begin to realise how everything else fades away. Everything flows through you. Now imagine that the dot you see, it is you. Realise in your mind, that you are that small dot floating in there. That is you. Begin to expand that thought. The dot, let it grow. Now locate that dot within you, within your body. Realise how your breath moves. Have your breath find peace and leave it there. Verify that you decide for your body, for your emotions, you choose to have inner peace within your body. Now, let that dot within you grow. Notice how the colour you chose begins to shine more brightly. Notice how as it grows, it begins to coat your body. Let it cover every part in you. That’s where you are present right now at this very moment. Now begin to see the space you are in. Imagine the room around you, imagine your place within that room. Now the cool stuff begins! Imagine a sphere. There is a transparent sphere surrounding you. It separates you and the room. Give it thickness, give it strength. Notice it is real. This is the gate that guards your inner being. This is the barrier you carry, this is what reflects back your surroundings. Ask this sphere the power from your superior for this is your guardian. Let that sphere stay floating around you. Now in your mind cleanse the room you are in. Imagine how waves begin to grow within you. Give them a pure colour. They materialise, yet they pass through everything. Penetrating waves that travel through everything. These waves, let them be released, let them wash over everything you notice. Claim this space as your own. Anything caught in this space, it has no power over you. Let those waves pour out like strong waves of water or gusts of wind. Now you notice how the negative atmosphere no longer has an affect on you. Dwell in that space and leave it there as it is. Let that plane of peace stay within you, as you carry on with your day. Now as you have gained your balance, you can also continue on and evaluate the source of the negative impact, if there’s need for a reaction. The strength in this is, that in the best case, by gaining power over the initial emotions that you felt, you can now work with the situation more objectively and constructively. Some things to keep in mind This technique, it may feel that it has many steps in it and it might not feel like easy to do at first. Don’t stress over it. You can even do it in parts. Once you get a hang of it, it becomes something natural, something you can open up in your mind very easily, even goosebumpy at times. Sometimes even the image of this in your mind is enough. The hardest part though, is maybe the moment when you begin. As you open your mind, the negativity present might feel like it becomes more potent at first, like there’s a mental wrestle you need to take, but there’s really no need for that. As a former Chi Gong teacher, I would like to share a very effective technique that can be done each morning, to heal and balance your energies, trough cleaning your meridians, and enabling your chakras to balance out naturally.

One thing is missing, that I couldn't find in any of the videos, or anywhere online, is that how to open up your meridians, so your energies (Yin, and Yang) can flow naturally. Also If you already have an illness, imagine that black tar like substance dripping out of your meridians.
Technique
1.) Imagine that there are two golden channels going down on both sides of your fingers.
2.) With your other hand pull on the sides of your fingers, where the golden meridians are, as shown. 3.) Feel as those meridians are getting clean out of the congestion, present in the form of black goo. 4.) Feel as those congestions leave the meridians, Yin, and Yang energies start to flow in, and out, harmonising your energy (magic) body. 5. Repeat on the other hand as mentioned above. In case you have serious conditions, instead of feeling a naturally flowing golden energy, imagine that black liquid dis-ease, dripping out of the end of the meridians. At this point you can shake your hands to facilitate the dripping. This last technique can be done just by itself, and it will have profound effects, not just on ones health, but on luck, career, relationships, etc. as well, if done daily. As the Corona virus (COV-2, COV-19) ramps up, I felt it is essential to let people know how to practice self healing meditations.
When doing this practice, it’s important to retain an awareness that you are not an inherently existent person asking an inherently existent buddha to get rid of an inherently existent illness. This would be little different from a theistic or shamanistic approach. It is precisely because nothing has any true, separate, or independent existence—including illness—that practices like this have power. How to Practice Medicine Buddha Meditation GETTING STARTED Find a quiet place to meditate and assume the optimal meditation posture for you. Take refuge in the Buddha, dharma, and sangha, and then spend a short time establishing your motivation in a heartfelt way. You may think or say: “By this practice of Medicine Buddha, may I (or the being for whom I am practicing) be purified of all disease, pain, and suffering, and enjoy robust good health, and attain complete and perfect enlightenment to lead all other beings to this same state.” INVITE MEDICINE BUDDHA TO YOUR PRESENCE Visualize Medicine Buddha sitting, looking at you. He is depicted as having a dark blue (lapis lazuli) body, this being an archetypal color of healing. With his left hand he holds a bowl of healing nectars, and with his right a medicine plant. In your visualization, he is at about the height of your forehead, a few feet in front of you, gazing at you with as much love as a mother for her only child. He is everything beautiful gathered into one. I recommend having an image of Medicine Buddha in a place where you’ll see it frequently throughout the day. That will make it easier for you to “see” Medicine Buddha when your eyes are shut. After all, the more familiar you are with anything, the easier it is for you to picture it in your mind. (You can easily picture your front door, right?) Even if your visualization is not great initially, just picturing a blob of blue light is sufficient. What’s really important is to have a very real sense that Medicine Buddha is actually there. That if you looked up, or opened your eyes, you would see him. Try and cultivate the feeling that you are in the presence of a truly amazing being. If you’ve ever had the privilege of being in an audience with someone such as the Dalai Lama, you will know that there is a palpable sensation to his being there. Try to imagine this same energetic presence with Medicine Buddha. MAKE YOUR REQUEST Ask Medicine Buddha to eliminate pain, purify disease, and/or rebalance or restore your health (or that of the being for whom you are practicing). You don’t need precise knowledge of the anatomical changes required. What matters here is intention. Visualise that Medicine Buddha willingly responds to your request. Instantly, healing blue lights and nectars emanate from the bowl in his lap, come to the crown of your head, and flow down, filling your body, or that of the being for whom you are practicing. You can direct the lights and nectars to specific parts of the body, but there is such an abundance of them, that they will fill your whole being anyway. Imagine that this process instantly, completely, and permanently eliminates and purifies all disease, pain, and suffering and—importantly—the causes of disease, pain, and suffering. In addition, the causes of holistic well-being of mind and body stream in with limitless abundance. While visualizing this process, recite Medicine Buddha’s mantra. There are a few variants of the mantra, depending on lineage. This is one version of the mantra, which is in Sanskrit: TAYATA, OM BEKADZE BEKADZE MAHA BEKADZE BEKADZE, RADZA SAMUNGATE SOHA This is pronounced: Tie-ya-tar, om beck-and-zay beck-and-zay ma-ha beck-and-zay beck-and-zay run-zuh sum-oon-gut-eh so-ha. Continue the visualization and mantra recitation for at least ten minutes if you are new to the practice. If you are a seasoned meditator, you will probably wish to go on for longer. DEDICATION Conclude your session with a dedication, such as, “By this practice of Medicine Buddha, may I (or the being for whom I am practicing), and all beings, be free from pain, disease, and suffering, and quickly achieve complete and perfect enlightenment.” We are happy to announce that Metatron got released on the Google Play Store.
